Best Holiday Home in Shelby To spend Christmas last year, I decided to have a holiday in Shelby with my family to experience the Queen City. Charlotte is a major city and commercial hub in North Carolina. Its modern city centre (Uptown) is home to the Levine Museum of the New South, which explores post–Civil War history in the South, and hands-on science displays at Discovery Place. Before landing there, we had to book a good hotel for our stay and I looked online and tumbled across a number of luxury hotels, cosy bed and breakfasts and pampering resorts. There was one hotel in particular that stood out among the rest of them on account of it being a craftsmen style home built in the early 1900’s giving it a vintage look and feel.   Best Vacation Rental in Shelby Last weekend, my best friend and I got to explore the beautiful town of Shelby- to say that we were pleasantly surprised would be an understatement. Shelby is a city in and the County seat of Cleveland County, North Carolina, United States. It lies near the western edge of the Charlotte combined statistical area. We stayed at the most adorable hotel, Morgan and Wells, and were in awe at the simple, but completely stunning rooms. Morgan and Wells is a lovely Craftsman Style home built in the early 1900’s and currently serves as an intimate 5 guestroom Bed and Breakfast.
